Bent Tree Community
For those of you that are not familiar with Bent Tree, it is located about 50 miles North of Atlanta in Pickens County and just about 5 miles outside Jasper, which is Georgia’s "First Mountain City." The community covers some 3500 acres and sits just below Mount Oglethorpe. There are currently just over 1100 homes and building has continued at a relatively stable rate of about 35 homes per year since the 1970’s.

Bent Tree offers 18 outstanding holes of golf for all skill levels. Ths Joe Lee designed golf course winds through the communitynatural beauty of the North Georgia mountains. An autumn golf outing when the foliage is at the peak of its color is spectacular!

Bent Tree Information
Bent Tree Community is only 60 miles north of Atlanta if you have family or friends you would like to visit there. Atlanta is close enough to visit the opera or other special programs there.
There are 55 miles of paved roads in Bent Tree. We have indoor and outdoor tennis, two swimming pools, riding stables, hiking and nature trails, an eighteen hole golf course, two restaurants and the previously mentioned 110 acre lake for fishing, swimming and boating with electric motors. There are many other activities available to all property owners.
